Terri L. Binger

Terri Binger has extensive experience working for law firms and has consistently demonstrated a natural talent for the field. Although she initially worked for law firms providing estate planning, probate, divorce, and creation of corporations, she later moved on to firms involved in various areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, products liability and auto negligence cases where her organizational skills proved a natural fit for the complexity of those types of cases.

Starting in 1990 Ms. Binger began working for the Antone law firm from its infancy, where she expanded her legal knowledge to include immigration law, which became her passion. She worked for the firm off and on over the course of several years until her return full time in early 2006.

Since her return to the firm, Ms. Binger has specialized in supporting the firm’s attorneys in assisting clients in obtaining employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, and in particular in the PERM labor certification process, which is the first step in most employment-based immigrant visa petitions. She also assists the attorneys in various family-based green card applications and naturalization petitions.
